It validates proficiency in knowledge of principles, frameworks, techniques, and tools of Talent Management, and leading critical tasks and change initiatives systematically and insightfully.

Pre-Requisites:

There are four convenient tracks covering HR professionals from diverse backgrounds and experience:

  • Track 1: Bachelor’s in human resource management (HRM)/ Business/ Management/ HRM-Allied Disciplines Plus 7 years or more in any of the HR sub-functions
  • Track 2: Bachelor in Non-HRM/ Other disciplines Plus 8 years or more of full-time work in any of the HR subfunctions or those related.
  • Track 3: Master’s degree/ Master’s Diploma in HRM / Business/ Management/ HRM-allied disciplines Plus 5 years or more of full-time work in any of the HR subfunctions or those related.
  • Track 4: Master’s degree/ Master’s Diploma in any discipline in any discipline from an accredited institution Plus 7 years or more of full-time work in any of the HR subfunctions or those related.
